Donor Recognition Gallery – An Interactive Archive

About The Gallery

Since its inception in 1913 as the Jewish Consumptive Relief Association of California (JCRA), City of Hope has grown to become one of the most renowned medical institutions in the country, with a legacy of providing compassionate patient care and the best treatments available. In fact, City of Hope has pioneered many of the medical breakthroughs in the treatment of tuberculosis, cancer, diabetes, HIV-AIDS and other life-threatening diseases that are now considered standard medical practice.

HONORING OUR PAST
We are proud to recognize donors who have supported City of Hope over its more than 100 years of providing hope and healing to patients. The Donor Recognition Gallery displays more than 100,000 donor names on recognition artifacts from across City of Hope’s more than 110 acres of research, hospital and support facilities — a visual testament of past and present philanthropy shown by donors since our founding in 1913. From gardens and benches to laboratories and patient rooms, this state-of-the-art, interactive system allows you learn the location of existing recognition on campus. And for those pieces of recognition that no longer exist, you may view pictures of that artifact in its original location.
